Vertu Volvo Exeter were really helpful and I'd recommend them because of the fantastic customer service provided. I went to test drive the car in the morning which was a great opportunity to find out whether this car suited me. I was then also able to purchase and pick up the car all within the same day, before I drove off with my new car I was given an in-depth tutorial of all the features the car had to offer which was super helpful as I wasn’t absolutely sure where I could find everything. I still receive emails now about my satisfaction with my car and it’d reassuring to know they’re here to keep me happy.

Altogether a disappointing experience.
We were excited to get the new car but we were kept waiting for 15 minutes while the sales man was on a call. I mentioned it to reception a few times and in the end had to ask the salesman to hang up so we could get some decent customer service as he showed no sign of attending to us. It to felt to us that as soon as they have made the sale they lost interest in us.
The car was supposed to be registered in my name and despite email traffic confirming this would be the case the car was registered to my wife's name. It would have saved me a 3 hour return journey if I had known this.
The car support system also failed and required a full software download which should have been done by Vertu Exeter. We went to the Plymouth dealership to get this done as they were much more helpful. You could see from the car management system that Exeter had tried to do the download but failed to complete it.
I suggest the Plymouth team are drafted in to give the Exeter team some coaching in customer service
