I would not recommend Vertu Volvo Exeter because the car we recently bought was not handed over in the best possible condition. We were desperate for a car and know Volvo is a good brand and hence went with it.
By the time we bought the car - the person dealing with it was moving and was passed to another person who then went on holiday and between all thiswhen we got the car
1. It was not well checked and still had scratches and dirts. We requested and they fixed here and there but not a thorough work and we left it. After we came home we realized it was roughly used and had a lot of hedge scratches. Exeter is far for us and I am heavily dependent on car so didn't go back complaining
2. Inside the car was not cleaned
3. Although, its a car with 5000 miles, I know as a customer the car has to be fully checked and given as good as new.
4. I feel sad we paid so much but feels like we didn't get the value of service or experience of buying a new car
5. The car is quite noisy and the brakes makes a lot of creaking sound
6. I am not sure about the shock absorbers fully - feel like the car was roughly used even at 5000 miles
